Aquí todos mentan a la madre de unos entes "invisibles" o visibles sólo por allá las alturas inaccesibles, los Tiempo Completo aluden a la sonrisa frente a que porque siempre se habían hecho mal las oposiciones, estas nuevas pruebas de acceso no tenían por qué repetir viejos fallos, y que lo sentían..., ahora ven que es muy posible (o NO, intoxicaciones aparte) que se les cuelen los Fijos Discontínuos y ya se les va perdiendo la alegría inicial.
Con el tiempo y un bizcocho verán lo más seguro los FD que obtener plaza de TC no es tan fácil y se cabrearán como es menester.
Una gran mayoría atesoran múltiples oposiciones a sus espaldas y todas sacadas con la mejor nota, claro está... ?¿ (la ilusión de control)
Cuando comienzan a pisar la fijeza ya opinan que si es hora de pelear por sus puestos de trabajo (una especie de efecto bandwagon), antes no, preferían escuchar los bellos cantos de sirena...
Entre todos la mataron y ella sola se murió RIP
Los que sirvan realmente para esto, rindan mucho, "no cojan bajas", tengan agilidad supina -mental y/o física- según convenga, no sean peleones laborales /sin ser delegados sndicales/, aguanten carros y carretones, o sea un porcentaje bajo de todo el tropel aguantarán, los demás NO, aparte enchufados que siempre habrán.
Así lo tienen claro quienes contratan en la privada y esto ya es semi-privado, nos guste o no, pero por su comportamiento muy claro está, pues han hecho realmente hasta el momento lo que les ha salido de los huevos.
Triste epitafio para miles de funcionarios que si es por las alturas van a tener menos nivel que los E de entonces -porque no habían F-, ahora C2 ó 3, que Bolonia y Estrasburgo opinen.

UK Postal workers overwhelmingly back strike action
Results announced at the CWU annual conference in Bournemouth:
Royal Mail Pay:
Yes: 66,064 (77.5%)
No: 19,199
Post Office Ltd (Counters):
Yes: 2740 (73%)
No: 993
Cash In Transit:
Yes: 545 (66%)
No: 283
UK Postal workers have voted strongly in favour of taking industrial action over pay, in what would be the first national postal strike since 1996.
The CWU is in dispute with the Royal Mail over its 2.5% pay offer. A series of walkouts will now be held by about 130,000 CWU members unless new talks can lead to a breakthrough in the dispute.
Deputy General Secretary, Dave Ward, said:
"This yes vote shows absolutely clearly that Royal Mail workers have rejected the company's business plan, the company's leadership and the unacceptable pay offer. Royal Mail leaders say they listen to people; this is the clearest message they have ever had. Royal Mail has to listen and return to serious negotiations."
Statement by Dave Ward – Deputy General Secretary (Postal):
Chair, conference – today postal workers across the Royal Mail group have had their say – not through the company’s discredited employee involvement programmes – but in the most powerful way of all – through a democratic ballot for strike action.
Postal workers have rejected the company’s arguments – rejected their plans for the future – and delivered overwhelming votes in support of their union.
The key issue in this dispute remains the unacceptable cuts in postal services – cuts in postal jobs - and attacks on our members’ terms and conditions.
We say to the public the threat to the very future of your postal services is real.
Royal Mail’s plans include 40,000 job losses – later deliveries - reductions in collections – reductions in weekend service.
The closure of delivery offices and mail centres – and the destruction of the rural and crown office post office network.
The public know postal workers are decent people – they just want to get on with their jobs - but they really have had enough of the way they are being treated by Royal Mail.
All we want is decent well paid jobs and the ability to provide the public with the highest possible service standards.
Because we care about the service there will be no immediate announcement for strike action – we want an agreement – not a strike for the sake of it.
So we will give Royal Mail a further opportunity to back-off from their cuts and come back to the negotiating table with a fresh approach.
However - if Messrs Leighton, Crozier and Cook choose to ignore the workforce and press on regardless with their plans we will see the first national postal strike in over 10 years.
Conference the size of the yes vote and Royal Mail’s hostile behaviour makes this an even more serious dispute.
You can be proud of your efforts – and proud that our members have so publicly put their faith in this union.
The CWU is ready for the challenge.
We will provide responsible and determined leadership.
We will win this dispute – defend postal services – and build a successful future for our members.

Delegates attending the Communication Workers Union (CWU) Annual Conference in Bournemouth took part in a protest march through the town centre to demonstrate against postal liberalisation on Wednesday 6 June.
1000 CWU postal delegates took part in the rally, however this number would have been higher but the participation was restricted by Police for safety reasons.
Those on the march chanted “Royal Mail Not For Sale” and even booed when they passed a WH Smiths store, which is one of the companies who are taking Post Office Counters into their stores and closing the crown post offices.
Speeches were made to the participants and heard by the public in the middle of Bournemouth town centre and a special solidarity message from Rolf Buettner, UNI Postal World President was read out.
UNI’s Colin Medland took part in the march which gained a high profile with the public throughout Bournemouth with many members of the public asking questions.
This March was just one of many actions taken across Europe as the fight against liberalisation increases.
There were also calls for Alan Leighton and Adam Crozier to resign as the Postal delegates just finished a ballot for industrial action, the result will be announced on 7th June. The workers in Royal Mail have clearly had enough and it is expected to be a “Yes” vote for strike action.
The CWU Conference continues and a press conference announcing the ballot result takes place at the conference today (7 June) at 11.45am.

Zapatero asegura que un millón de jóvenes han logrado tener estabilidad con la reforma laboral (europa press - 13.06.07)
MADRID, 13 Jun. (EUROPA PRESS) -
El presidente del Gobierno, José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, aseguró hoy que en esta legislatura se ha hecho mucho por los jóvenes, que en el último año, y gracias a la reforma laboral, han conseguido un millón de contratos indefinidos, más de la mitad conversiones de contratos temporales a fijos y el resto, contratos indefinidos iniciales.
Durante la sesión de control al Gobierno en el Congreso de los Diputados y en respuesta a una pregunta de la diputada de IU-ICV Isaura Navarro, Zapatero destacó que hoy trabajan en España 330.000 jóvenes más que hace tres años y hay 270.000 jóvenes parados menos desde el inicio de la legislatura.
En este sentido, resaltó que la tasa de paro juvenil española ha caído cinco puntos y ya se sitúa en la media europea, "lo que no sucedía desde la transición democrática". Por tanto, dijo, muchos jóvenes "han salido de la precariedad" y se ha avanzado "considerablemente" en empleo y mayor estabilidad laboral.
Asimismo, y en relación con la vivienda, el jefe del Ejecutivo subrayó que el 80% de los beneficiarios de la política de vivienda que ha desarrollado su Gobierno han sido los jóvenes. "Estamos, por tanto, en una legislatura en la que se ha hecho política para los jóvenes y para darles mayor autonomía", enfatizó.
IU-ICV: "SUELDOS MILEURISTAS PARA CAPEAR EL TEMPORAL".
En contra de la exposición de Zapatero, la diputada de IU-ICV Isaura Navarro aseguró que el Gobierno socialista "no ha hecho lo suficiente" por los jóvenes, que siguen "capeando el temporal con sueldos mileuristas y sin poder emanciparse".
Navarro denunció que los jóvenes se enfrentan diariamente a la temporalidad, bajos salarios y problemas para acceder a una vivienda. En este punto, recordó a Zapatero que el 63% de los jóvenes menores de 30 años viven todavía con sus padres por su imposibilidad de emanciparse, por lo que le pidió al presidente "que se preocupe menos por el techo presupuestario y más por darle un techo a los jóvenes de este país".
"Si no quiere fallarles, adopte medidas efectivas y garantice por ley el acceso a una vivienda digna y la financiación de parte de la renta de alquiler. En sus manos está el no fallarles", concluyó Navarro.
